In rare cases in which your package is damaged at the point of delivery, ensure to contact our team within 3 days, via @cumidahair@sale.com with picture evidences and a description of the damage to facilitate your project exchange request. We strictly advise that you return products in their original condition.
Kindly be informed that exchange requests are only reviewed on the condition in which the product is not colored, washed, worn and the lace is untampered with. The product must not also be manipulated in any form.
Exchange requests are only accepted within 3 business days of the delivery of a product and our company reserves the right to determine if a product is eligible for exchange.
In the case in which your product is damaged and your exchange request has been approved, we shall send instructions to follow for a seamless exchange process. The item is expected to be shipped back to us, accompanied by a tracking number within 3 business days after the exchange approval. Please note that the customer will be responsible for the costs of shipping an item in the case of an exchange, while we do not entertain excuses for exchange requests received after 3 business days from the date of delivery. Also, we shall not grant consideration for products that are not returned within 3 business days after exchange approval.
